Somma Vesuviana, Italia - 3 Agosto 2018 - Un momento della Festa delle Lucerne che si svolge ogni quattro anni nel borgo antico del Casamale. Centinaia di lumini ad olio vengono disposti su delle strutture di legno di varie forme geometriche tra i vicoli del centro storico, ad indicare i cicli della natura e l’inevitabile passaggio dalla vita alla morte.

ITALY - A moment of the Festival of the oil lanterns which is celebrated every four years in the ancient village of Casamale in Somma Vesuviana, on August 3, 2018. Hundreds of oil lamps are placed on wooden structures of various geometrical shapes through the alleys of the historic center, to represent the cycles of nature and the inevitable transition from life to death.
